The Fundació b_TEC is involved in the local community and leads specific local initiatives to provide support to the Diagonal-Besòs Campus and thus foster interaction between schools, research and the region at large

Besòs Education: Scholarship Program

The Education Department of the Sant Adrià de Besòs Town Council, in conjunction with the Fundació b_TEC and the Barcelona School of Industrial Engineering (EUETIB), signed an agreement to create a financial aid program for high school students and vocational training students from Sant Adrià de Besòs in order to maximize their access to university studies.

This aid is also available to students already enrolled in the technical engineering program at EUETIB and those who completed their final year of post-compulsory secondary education at any school in Sant Adrià.

The number of technical engineering students from Sant Adrià has increased significantly in recent years.

Active in the La Mina District

Integrating with the local community has always been an important aspect for the Fundació b_TEC, which is why it seeks to engage a variety of groups in the Diagonal-Besòs Campus project.
